1. The service and these terms

KHOPILOT is a digital driving companion for recording, analyzing and sharing car/motorcycle rides and discovering roads. These terms cover the app, account service and related KHOPILOT web pages. Features are provided as described on the relevant App Store product page and purchase screen.

Access conditions that depend on the device, vehicle, territory or subscription plan are clearly described in promotions and before purchase. These terms do not cancel specific promotional commitments or applicable consumer rights.

2. Accounts, eligibility and security

You must have the legal capacity required where you live to create an account or make a purchase. Where parental or guardian authorization is required for a minor, it must be obtained. An App Store age rating does not replace driving-license requirements, legal driving age or contractual-capacity rules.

Keep account details accurate, protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not use another person's account without permission or impersonate someone else. You are responsible for checking that your selected vehicle and personal settings are appropriate for your journey.

3. Road safety and measurement limitations

Official traffic rules, signs, actual road conditions and your responsibility to drive safely take priority. Make changes that require screen interaction only after stopping safely. Spoken alerts, maps, estimates and scores provide supporting information; they are not driving instruction, a safety guarantee or directions to take risks.

Location quality, phone mounting, sensor calibration, roads, vehicles and connectivity can affect measurements. Lean angle, G-force, consumption estimates and other calculations are not guaranteed to have laboratory accuracy in every situation. Scores do not justify speeding or dangerous driving. Do not endanger road safety to compete, compare results or earn an award.

4. Free and paid features

Your personal ride history and analysis of available recorded data are included in free use. Fixed-summary sharing and configurable sharing options may have different access conditions. Pro's scope, price, billing period and any eligible trial offer appear on the purchase screen. Features considered for future development are not a delivery promise under an existing subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account and may renew automatically as described before purchase. Apple's tools and applicable consumer rights govern subscription management, restoration, cancellation and refund requests. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Relevant store rules and legal notice requirements apply to changes in pricing or paid-service scope.

5. Your ride records and community content

You retain your rights in your rides and content. You give KHOPILOT the limited permission needed to store and process that content for your account, produce the analysis you request and share it with the audience you choose. This is not an unlimited data license for product development, advertising or external model training.

You can manage profile, ride and sharing controls separately. A limited, masked stage result appearing on a leaderboard does not make your full ride public. We may not be able to control images sent to another app or copies retained by recipients.

Your content must not infringe others' rights, fabricate traffic/accident reports or harass people. Do not publish someone else's personal information without permission. Content and stages can be reported in the app; reported material may be reviewed, restricted or removed. Contact info@khopilot.com to challenge a decision you believe is incorrect.

6. Improving the product together

Ride data helps us understand real vehicle, road and device conditions and improve the product's accuracy. Eligible rides may be used within the contribution scope you authorize, and an accepted preference remains enabled for subsequent rides until you turn it off. The Privacy and Data Use Notice and the relevant consent screen explain which records are used and why. That scope may include quality review of ride archives and the disclosed improvement work. Developing KHOPILOT's own methods and models is not unlimited permission to transfer data for university research or external model training. Existing scores are not scientific ground-truth labels; developing a candidate does not mean it has been released to users.

Accepting these terms alone is not affirmative consent to optional product-improvement contributions, continuous background location, advertising profiling or third-party AI training. Keeping a ride private and processing it for a specific purpose are separate matters, each subject to its own choices and legal basis. An app update does not re-enable a preference you previously disabled.

7. Misuse and enforcement

Do not compromise service security, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users' records, fabricate rides or scores, manipulate rankings or use the service unlawfully. Any non-waivable legal rights relating to reverse engineering or interoperability remain unaffected.

An operation, item of content or account may be restricted as necessary to address a violation, fraud or a security risk. Reasons and an avenue to challenge the action are provided where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights concerning purchased services do not disappear merely because an account is subject to enforcement.

8. Third-party services and accessibility

Apple, RevenueCat and the mapping/data providers may apply their own terms to their services. Connectivity, servers, devices, operating systems or provider changes can affect particular features. Offline coverage depends on the regions downloaded and included in your access; we do not guarantee every road and spoken alert will work offline in all circumstances.

Accessibility information and known limitations are described on the relevant page. Report access problems to info@khopilot.com. A design change or automated check does not constitute independent accessibility certification.

9. Intellectual property and responsibility

KHOPILOT's branding, software and designs belong to the relevant rights holders. You receive a limited right to use the app under these terms and your purchased access. Your rights in user content remain protected within the limits described above.

Reasonable efforts are made to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. These terms do not remove liability that cannot lawfully be limited or your mandatory consumer rights. Free use does not automatically reduce the operator's liability to zero. No blanket exclusion applies to intentional misconduct, gross negligence or losses that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Closing an account, changes and disputes

Request account deletion through the app's account settings or the support address. Confirmed account deletion is permanent; no 30-day cancellation or restoration period is promised. The deletion scope, any legally required retention exceptions and separate management of subscriptions are explained in the Privacy Notice and the relevant action screen.

Material changes to these terms and significant changes affecting paid services are communicated appropriately. New wording does not create unlimited retrospective permission. These terms are governed by Turkish law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Your right to approach consumer authorities and courts available under applicable law is not restricted.
